Returns & Refunds
We want every order to put a smile on your face. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If you need to send something back, simply use our return portal and we'll guide you through every step.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days straight back to your original payment method. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
